Corryong's only supermarket, an IGA, will not receive fresh rolls until Tuesday, with ten cartons rapidly disappearing after arriving on Thursday morning.
"They lasted on the shelves for about two hours," IGA manager Zane Heinjus said.
"Obviously there aren't many options around here for toilet paper, we're the only supermarket, so they'll pretty much have to go without.
"They'll have to use tissues or paper towels and at the moment we've got those."
The shop first fell victim to the coronavirus-driven run on toilet paper last weekend.

Mr Heinjus said it appeared those from places, such as Albury-Wodonga, already suffering a toilet paper shortage took the opportunity to stock up when they realised Corryong had supplies.
Tallangatta's Ciccone's IGA is also suffering shortages and like its Corryong counterpart is unable to receive large orders due to the strong demand across Australia.
Owner Vince Ciccone expects stock that arrived on Thursday to be gone by Friday.
Meanwhile, two boxes of toilet paper will form raffle prizes at the St Matthew's Church annual fete in Albury on Saturday.
Money raised will help fund homeless services.
