Liam Thomas and Johnny Crnogorac have arrived on the Border ahead of their first season with the Bandits.
Crnogorac is hoping his time spent training with the Sydney Kings will help add an extra edge to the side this season.
"Training with the Kings was a really good indicator of where I'm at, and if I can sustain that level that I was training with them at, then I'll be able to play really well in NBL1," Crnogorac said.
"There was definitely a lot of talent in that group and being able to try and bring some leadership from that and the experiences that I've gained will really help out the team I reckon."

Centre Crnogorac admitted he's been impressed with the Bandits since joining his teammates and getting a feel for the Border.
"It's been good fun the last week or so since I got down here," he said.
Power forward and centre Thomas is no stranger to the Border side, having come up against them several times last season playing for fellow NBL1 team Diamond Valley Eagles.
Thomas gained injuries on both occasions, but said he's looking forward to joining the side this season alongside Crnogorac.
"Just travelling up here and playing in front of a big crowd that we're not really used to down in Melbourne is going to be a big factor in the season hopefully," Thomas said.
He too has high hopes for the upcoming competition and is looking to make the most of the opportunity.
"I think we have a really good team and we'll just work together," Thomas said.
"We (Crnogorac) both like to pass, so I think we're not going to be a selfish team this season, I think we're going to share the ball well."
Thomas also has his eye on one day playing in the NBL.
"It's tough getting into the NBL, especially when there's eight teams," he said.
"Both me and him (Crnogorac) are right on the brink of breaking in I reckon, It's a big season coming up."
