In a low-scoring decider, the Pigeons clinched a record-equaling eighth successive premiership by successfully defending 7-128.
A fighting 65-run fourth-wicket partnership between Mark Kreutzberger (36) and Will Swift (33) proved the difference between the sides.
"It's unbelievable to win another one," Swift said.
"When we won our first one nobody would have thought this could have happened.
"It all started with 'Jimmy' (James) Kreutzberger and it's kept going."
After winning the toss and batting, Rand slumped to 3-23 before Kreutzberger and Will Swift set about rescuing the innings.
Brayden Ralston (13) and Brad I'Anson (11 not out) scored vital runs down the order to ensure a competitive total.

"Mark and Will batted really well," Swift said.
"They got us back in the game.
"Walla bowled well at the start and we were lucky to scratch out 128.
"It was a below par score but we thought we could have enough with our bowling line-up.
"It was one of the tightest grand finals we have had that's for sure."
Walla found the going tough from the outset with Joel Merkel (30) and Mark Taylor (21) the mainstays during the chase.
Pocket-rocket Nathan Wenke took a fine catch at backward point to dismiss Taylor.
Jamie McCarthy (14) and Tom Simmons (10) were the only other batsmen to reach double figures.
"We came close but unfortunately we couldn't get over the line," Simmons said.
"The club has come a long way and we'll keep at it.
"Full credit to Rand as it's been a dominant side for a long time now."
In second grade, Holbrook clinched back-to-back premierships by defeating Osborne by eight runs.
Brett McKenna and Tom Anthony picked up three wickets each.
