Prospects: The addition of Brookes as coach alongside four new players will give the side a new look. Had youth on their side last year and look to continue to develop the club's young talent.

DEDERANG-MT BEAUTY

Gains: Chloe Romans (under-18's),Kelli Prime (B-grade),
Losses: None.
Prospects: Have retained much of the side and are determined to crack into finals. Kellie Prime will work alongside Leah Carter in defence, while youngster Chloe Romans is a player to watch.

KIEWA SANDY-CREEK
Coach: Kath Evans
Last year: premiers.
Gains: Georgia Atree (North Albury), Keiran de Koeyer (Wodonga Raiders), Ash Samers (returning).
Losses: Abbey O'Brien (retiring), Kristen O'Neill (injured).
Prospects: The reigning premiers remain relatively unchanged giving them every chance of going back-to-back. Abbey O'Brien's retirement after claiming best on court in the grand final will be felt.
Prediction: 1st
MITTA UNITED
Coach: Gabrielle Gray

Gains: Narelle Pendergast (returning), Abbie Duncan (Albury), Ava Kennett (Wodonga Raiders), Amy Swinnerton (Lavington), Laura Sutherland, Sally Hodgkin, Laura Hodgkin.
Losses: Teagan Ellis, Hannah Gaylor, Rhian Dower (coaching manager)
Prospects: The return of past coach and premiership player Narelle Pendergast is a coup for the club, as well as the inclusion of young Ava Kennedy. Last year's dark horses look on track for another solid season.

RUTHERGLEN

Gains: Jamie Sandilands (returning), Ava Cofield (Corowa), Grace Watson-Long (under-18's), Bindi Haywood, Bree Smith.
Losses: Brittney Deegan (Barnawartha), Samantha Godde,
Prospects: Made the preliminary final and will be pushing to go one better under league best and fairest Emily Browne. Corowa recruit Ava Cofield should line-up in goals, while Grace Watson-Long claimed the league's under-18 best and fairest last season.
Prediction: 2nd

Prospects: Remained in the upper echelon last year and continue to look strong. Coaching duties will be shared between O'Connell, Avery and Greene, while former coach Leona Edwards is set to boost the side.

THURGOONA

Prospects: Made it through 10 rounds before receiving their first and only loss of the home and away season, but stumbled at the final hurdle. Grand final heartbreak will leave them yearning for the success they've seen in the past.

WAHGUNYAH
Coach: Casey Parker

Gains: Ally Halton (Rutherglen), Maddi Clarke, Sydnie O'Toole (returning)
Losses: Emily Kirkwood (not playing), Krista Easdown (moved away).
Prospects: The Lions will have a young side with a focus on development. Ally Halton comes in from Rutherglen with A-grade experience under her belt, while two players have departed.
Prediction: 12th
WODONGA SAINTS

Gains: Rhea Vihm, Bridget Smith, Tess Morrow (returning), Mathilda Jacobs (Deniliquin) Kayla Midson, Skye Allen (under 18s)
Losses:Taylor Morey and Emily Ayton (Culcairn)
Prospects: Unlucky to have missed finals last season, the Saints gains outweigh their losses. A number of returning players will help add strength to the side.

YACKANDANDAH

Gains: Emily Walker, Alana Sutton, Jane Tinkler, Michaela Farrugia, Erin Glass.
Losses: Kylie Murphy (injured), Janelle Cook (work commitments).
Prospects: Coleman returns 10 years since last being involved at the club. Five new players join the squad, with the majority staying on board.
