Albury Local Court has heard that the matters involving Lawrence Francis Gonzales, 33, needed to be delayed by several weeks.
Gonzales has been in custody, bail refused, since his arrest in late July, 2019.

His passenger, Christopher Lotho, 31, of Sydney, was also in Junee jail, but was freed in early February when charges against him were dropped by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Defence lawyer Graham Lamond, acting as agent for Sydney law firm Malouf Solicitors, told magistrate Richard Funston that Gonzales' legal team was "asking for a two- to three-week adjournment".
Mr Lamond said that was because there were issues "relating to funding".
"They're confident it will happen in the requested time-frame," he said.
DPP representative Aaron Thomas said he did not oppose the application and said he hoped the approval of funding through Legal Aid NSW "can be resolved in the next few weeks".
The case was adjourned to April 14. Gonzales did not apply for bail.
