The Lavington restaurant will curiously stand on the site of a former Hungry Jack's restaurant, which was demolished several years ago.
Groundwork has been undertaken, with an estimated 40 jobs created when the venue opens.

A development application lodged last year noted plans for the venue to operate from 6am to midnight.
The chain has an outlet on Hume Street in Albury and restaurant on Victoria Cross Parade in Wodonga.
