Howlong has been shut since March 25 after Prime Minister Scott Morrison's announcement on the community's role in trying to curb the coronavirus crisis.
"The board made a decision that we will re-open on a very restricted and limited basis, that will be social golf only or for people living within the 2643 postcode," Howlong president Kim Gray said.
The club will remain shut over the weekend in order to implement the software needed for bookings and guarantee safety regulations.
"We'll have a course marshal on the first tee, making sure there's only groups of two, and we're putting a marshal out on the course as well," Mr Gray said.

Meanwhile, Corowa Golf Club remains shut.
"Our concerns are just making sure that everyone in the community is safe and if we do open it up, there's no way we can control who goes on the course," president Malcolm McLean said.
