A truck driver facing a string of charges after the death of a man in a fiery crash has made another appearance in court.

Jamie William Egan appeared to limp as he entered a video link room at Bathurst Correction Centre as the matter was heard in Albury Local Court this week.
Egan is facing 16 charges following the death of a 63-year-old utility driver at Mullengandra in March last year.
Egan had been airlifted to hospital with head and back injuries following the crash in the northbound lanes of the Hume Highway.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The charges include drug-driving occasioning death and critical breaches of rest laws for heavy vehicle drivers.
It's alleged Egan also falsified information in his log book.
The court heard further time would be needed for a case conference to be held between the prosecution and defence.
Magistrate Richard Funston granted an eight-week adjournment.
The matter will return to the court on June 9.
