A man will return to court in mid May after allegedly threatening a woman with a kettle in Howlong.

Police were called to a home about midday Wednesday after reports of a domestic dispute.
It's alleged Darrell John French, 39, held a kettle to the woman's forehead and threatened to pour water over her.
He was found hiding in an engine bay of an old vehicle and was arrested and charged.
The 39-year-old appeared in court on Thursday and will return on May 18.
