Albury Superintendent Paul Smith said the crooks were taken into custody on Thursday for offences including car theft, thefts from cars, drugs and violence.
A German Shepherd police dog named Dravec has helped with the operation.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"We've had a property crime operation running for probably a month now in different phases," Superintendent Smith said.
"In the last couple of days we've had a major phase where we've had the assistance of our NSW police force dog unit, and a number of arrests have been made for various offences.
"Some of them were connected, there were criminal enterprises there.
"A lot of them were just getting out and about who were up to no good, wanted, or both."
