The health district's update for May 3 revealed no new cases of the virus, with 4277 people having been tested.
There are currently no hospitalisations.
Coinciding with new interactive granular data on the virus at a postcode level released on Friday, the Health District is now including 'active' cases in its daily update.
Of Albury's eight cases, five have recovered and three are active.
Four people in Berrigan have recovered, while one is still active.
There are no active cases in Federation.
So only five cases out of 45 detected in the health district (including one at Wagga) are still active - 39 people have recovered.

There were no new cases on the Victorian side of the border, with the number of cases recorded in regional Victoria remaining at 217.
There were 13 new cases detected across the state (bringing the state's total to 1384), three of which were found though a "testing blitz" that began on Monday.
There are pop-up testing clinics around Melbourne, and the closest pop-up site to the border is at Kialla's Riverside Plaza.
Albury Wodonga Health's drive-through clinic remains in operation and residents are reminded to call the clinic on (02) 6058 4444 in order to make an appointment - people should not attend without making an appointment.
In NSW, on Sunday there were five new cases recorded over 24 hours, taking the state's tally to 3031.
The most common symptoms include fever and dry cough. Some people also experience sore throat, shortness of breath, or runny or stuffy nose.
