Data to 8pm on May 11, shows there were no positive COVID-19 cases from the 6048 tests conducted across NSW.
NSW executive director health protection Dr Jeremy McAnulty while this result was "great news" it was not time for complacency.
"We know that the virus will be bubbling around beneath the surface in the community so it's very important that we don't get complacent," he said.
"It's really important as a community we take this really serious because the enemy is complacency if people drop their guard and think 'oh it's just a cold or the flu it can't be COVID', that will be a mistake.
"It's really important that we work together to identify cases so that you can come forward, get tested and we can care for you and make sure that there's no ongoing transmission if you do have COVID."
Dr McAnulty urged anyone with symptoms to maintain isolation at home until they are tested and cleared.
Days out from restrictions being eased for the second time, the premier said NSW had "turned a corner" amid the pandemic.
"We have gone through the first wave as best as anywhere else in the world has, we should take stock of that," she said.
"We also know why we've been successful, it's because the community has done the right thing, it's not because governments and politicians have made the right decisions.
"It's because the community is actually being respectful of the restrictions, respectful of one another and we have to keep that up because none of us want to go backwards."
