Wolf Moon is set to contest the $27,500 Maiden Plate, (1200m) and is raced by the same syndicate as group one winner Alligator Blood.
The son of Wandjina was a recent trial winner and similar to Alligator Blood is trained by David Vandyke and ridden by Ryan Maloney.
"Wolf Moon is the next cab off the rank so to speak and we are very excited to see how he performs," Endresz said.
"He has had one public trial earlier this month on the Sunshine Coast which he won.
"Ryan rode him in the trial and is looking forward to see what the horse can do under race pressure."
Wolf Moon has drawn barrier seven for his debut with the final field of 14 runners comprising four debutantes.
"It always a nervous situation when you have a debutante ," he said.
"But his trackwork on Tuesday was first-rate and both David and Ryan were very impressed.
"He has drawn well in gate seven but there is a couple of nice horses in the race.
"There is some fantastic two-year-olds running around in Queensland and it will be interesting to see how Wolf Moon measures up.
"But we are hoping he can run well, power home and be in the finish."
IN OTHER NEWS
Endresz is hopeful Wolf Moon can win on Friday night and earn enough prizemoney to gain a start in the $350,000 group 1 JJ Atkins Plate, (1400m).
The JJ Atkins Plate is the premier race for two-year-olds run over the Brisbane winter carnival at Eagle Farm.
"If he performs really well tonight, the only stumbling block in regards to gaining a start in the JJ Atkins will be finding another suitable race for him in the lead-up," he said.
"Gaining a start in the group 1 is determined by prizemoney won and he would probably need more than tonight's prizemoney to force his way into the field.
"If he misses out there is plenty of other options including the Champagne Stakes.
"But we have got some high expectations if it all goes well tonight.
"I backed him to win the JJ Atkins Plate at 126/1 and I see he is now into 26/1 in TAB futures markets.
"I got in early but he could win tonight and still not make the field for the JJ Atkins so I'm not gettng too carried away."
Endresz said he was still preparing his legal battle in regards to Alligator Blood being stripped of his victory in the 3YO Magic Millions Guineas after testing positive to a banned substance.
