The Wooragee woman's daughter was driving behind the vehicle and sounded her horn as the mobile home drifted out of its lane and crashed.
Coroner Audrey Jamieson noted Ms Chamberlain had medical problems and several drugs which could cause drowsiness in her system, but couldn't definitively say if that contributed to the crash.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Ms Jamieson said police had attended two other crashes along the same stretch of road which caused injuries.
She urged the Department of Transport to review the incident with a view to installing the barriers.
