Challis was charged in October 2018 following vote rigging during the 2015 board elections.
An internet address used to cast 627 ballots resulted in the wrong person being elected to the board.
IN OTHER NEWS:
It's alleged Challis knew the owner of the internet address but failed to notify the board.
His case was briefly heard in the Wodonga Magistrates Court this week, with a four-day committal set down to run from December 2.
