Loy has notched 69 wins so far this season to eclipse his previous best haul of 58.
With less than two months before the new racing season, Loy admits he will have to make every post a winner to crack the 100 milestone.
"My first goal was to beat my previous best which I have been able to achieve," Loy said.
"So now I want to raise the bar and try and get to the 100.
"I've been working hard and clocking up plenty of kilometres riding in the bush while being based in Sydney."

Adding further merit to Loy's feat is he has been limited to taking rides in the south-west of New South Wales due to the coronavirus restrictions.
Loy was looking forward to the restrictions being eased so he has the opportunity to take rides on city tracks.
"I can't wait to the restrictions are lifted," he said.
"I've been riding a few horses on the provincial circuit that could possibly be heading to town.
"Obviously I would like to stick with them if they do race in the city."
Loy said if he could average one winner every meeting for the rest of the season, he could reach his goal.
"I obviously need 31 winners and I've looked at the calendar and marked 38 meetings that I want to ride at," he said.
"So it's going to be touch and go but with a bit of luck I should be able to give it a decent nudge."
Loy has two rides at Canberra on Wednesday and looks to have a strong book of rides the following day at Wellington.
The in-form hoop was looking forward to joining forces with Brett Cavanough at Wellington.
"I've got four rides for Brett at Wellington and he is always hard to beat when he goes to tracks like that," he said.
