The Saints were the story of last year, pushing from only four wins in 2018 to play finals for just the second time in 13 years.
Under inspirational and popular first-year coach Jake Sharp, Myrtleford survived two thrilling finals wins before falling to premiers Lavington in the preliminary final.
"I feels for clubs like Myrtleford, who have built this year up for such a significant 50-year anniversary since their last premiership," the Hawks' football operations manager said.
