Places on voting forms for the seat, which takes in Tumbarumba and Khancoban, were decided at a draw staged by the Australian Electoral Commission on Wednesday afternoon.
Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party candidate Matthew Stadtmiller won top place on the ballot paper for the July 4 poll.

Albury-born National party hopeful Trevor Hicks was fifth, Labor Party contender Kristy McBain eighth and Greens nominee Cathy Griff drew 11th position.
Dr Kotvojs, who is recontesting the seat after failing to beat now retired Labor member Mike Kelly last year, played down her last placing.
"I don't think it really makes any difference where you go on the ballot paper," Dr Kotvojs told The Canberra Times after the draw was held at an oval in Queanbeyan.
The field of 14 is four more than the previous record for an Eden-Monaro election, which was set in 2001.
Among them are three independents, Riccardo Bosi, Karen Porter and James Holgate.
The remaining party representatives in contention are James Jansson (Science), Michael Balderstone (Help End Marijuana Prohibition), Dean McCrae (Liberal Democrats), Joy Angel (Sustainable Australia), Narelle Storey (Christian Democratic) and Jason Potter (Australian Federation).
An early voting station for those in Snowy Valleys Council will open in Wynyard Street, Tumut, from Thursday next week.
