Rich Happy Strong Free by Peter A. Charlesworth examines the key areas people need to balance to achieve success.
"Health, rest, finances, relationships, managing toxic people, their relationship with technology and smart phones," Charlesworth said.
"It's basically an expression of my experiences and in writing it I'm having a go at myself and getting everything out on the table, potentially flagging those issues with other people who might be suffering the same things.
"It's introspective but what I'm trying to do is have a conversation with the reader and say you've got forks in the road and you've got choices you can make.
"The sphere, the area that you're living in ... is not the limit of the world and it's not the limit of your potential."
Also known as a Border photographer, Charlesworth will launch Rich Happy Strong Free on July 1 with a book signing at Dymocks Albury between noon and 1pm (social distancing to be observed).

He told The Border Mail the book had been an idea for about 15 years, with the timing right to start writing 11 months ago.
Rich Happy Strong Free says developing "a balanced sense of relief" forms the essence of long-term success.
"Which means having reserves and resources in place that will protect you and provide the ability to adapt and change your life with complete control," Charlesworth said.
"To identify what you need, to adjust focus, to take time for the things that come up in life, like recovering from illness, caring for someone or travelling."
Self-regulation plays a large part in his philosophy, creating good habits that help grow the four banks of wealth, happiness, strength and freedom.
"Having the discipline and focus for getting the right things decided and done when you know you need to do them, no matter what happens, how you feel or what else is on offer," he said.
Direct questions about social media use, diet, exercise routines, work practices and spending habits encourage readers to consider their own lives and whether they can, and should, implement any of these suggestions.
"If it's just one person that does it, then the whole thing's worth it to me," the author said.
