A league and junior club sub-committee meeting was held at Walbundrie on Wednesday night where a shortened competition format was determined.
It is planned to stage an eight-week season for the under-14s and under-17s competitions, kicking off on Saturday, July 18.

A two-week finals series is set to round out the shortened season, which would be completed before the end of September to prevent a clash with summer sport.
League officials hope to have a draw released by next week.

The league will continue to communicate with the Hume Netball Association and work in as closely as possible with its restart plans.
Clubs voted against playing into October before the league decided to scrap playing for a senior premiership.
