The NSW Government announced its COVID-19 restrictions for community sporting activities on Tuesday, with that number including fans, players, officials, et cetera.
"We'll make it work, but with no football around, the hope of reasonable weather on a weekend and people wanting to get out and about, 1500 would have been nice," Thunder president Rick O'Connell said.
"Nobody wants to go backwards (financially) in a season, but will we survive? Yes, financially, we're OK, but there is a potential to go backwards by X amount of dollars."
