The derelict home, on Merri Meadows Lane at Merriang South, caught alight about 10.10pm on Sunday.
Fire investigators attended the scene on Monday.
IN OTHER NEWS:
CFA Commander Trevor Ebbels said the fire didn't appear to be suspicious.
"There was no evidence it was deliberately lit," he said.
"It will require more investigation, but it could have been electrical."
