The title was set for a thrilling finale with three horses locked on 14 points heading into the final meeting of the season.
However, Racing NSW has ruled no points will be awarded for the title with Albury's final meeting of the season transferred to Wagga on Tuesday.
Scott said there had been a bit of friendly banter with rival trainer Norm Loy about who would win the title before the meeting was transferred.

Both the Scott trained Hazel's Diary and Loy's Falling Waters clash at Wagga today in the $22,000 Benchmark 58 Hcp, (1200m).
That pair alongside the Geoff Duryea-trained Straover will share the honour this season.
Scott said it would have nice to have the bragging rights over Loy.
"There has been a bit of banter between both Norm and myself who was going to win the title," Scott said.
"It's a bit disappointing there won't be an outright winner but there's not much you can do about it.
"Hazel's Diary had a good win at Albury two starts back and just needs the right conditions to be a winning hope at Wagga.
"She loves a heavy track and it was a heavy (8) at Albury last start but the track was also a bit sticky which she doesn't like.
"So hopefully we get a bit of rain ahead of the Wagga meeting and its more of a genuine heavy track.
"That's her go."
Hazel's Diary is rated as a $6.50-chance in fixed-odds markets.
