KIEWA, Sandy Creek, Gerogery, Culcairn and Rutherglen were unsuccessfully nominated by Albury MP Justin Clancy for inclusion in the border permit zone.

On Monday when the approved areas for cross border access were unveiled by Services NSW those places were omitted for passes.
Mr Clancy, a member of the NSW government, said he had wanted all those locations included but was rebuffed with Rutherglen on the map but addresses not recognised for passes on Monday afternoon.
"I was advised that health officials were pushing for it to be restrictive," he said.
Jindera is the only hub in Greater Hume Shire that has been put in the mapped area on Services NSW website.
Shire mayor Heather Wilton said Greater Hume had wanted all of its area included in a border zone.

"It doesn't matter where you put a boundary, someone is going to be affected," Cr Wilton said when asked how she felt about Jindera's inclusion.
The move may result in Greater Hume staff who live in Wodonga having to work from home rather than travel into NSW for shifts.
The NSW Education Department has directed her to work from home for the foreseeable future.
"It's not ideal, I'd rather be with my classes, particularly as we've missed so much already due to COVID, but at least I will still be able to put food on the table," Ms Leschen said.
She said a replacement teacher would be employed to fill her role, while she continues at home to prepare and correct the work of her students.
