A man driving a stolen utility with no border permit has been arrested on the Hume Highway.

Police stopped the vehicle about 7am on Wednesday.
It's alleged the driver was unable to produce any permits or identification, and checks showed the vehicle had been stolen in West Melbourne the previous day.
The 27-year-old driver has been charged with driving a stolen car, failure to comply with a COVID-19 direction and receiving property stolen outside of NSW.
IN OTHER COURT NEWS:
Trent Catchlove, of no fixed address, appeared before Albury Local Court and was refused bail.
It's alleged he is known to police in both states.
He will return to the court on September 11.
It's likely he will also face charges in Victoria.
