St Augustine's Primary School year five student Pascal Moran wrote to the state's leaders for an assignment to write a letter to someone of importance.
"I appreciate what you are doing for Victoria and I hope we get better so you are not under as much stress holding Victoria," he wrote.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I wished that Melbourne doesn't keep messing up so that we can all be safe.
"I reckon we could all do a better job at stopping COVID-19 by listening to the rules in place and not doing things we don't need to.
"I also wish people in the world actually listened, unlike Donald Trump and Boris Johnson, who are not doing a great job.
"You are doing a much better job than them in stopping COVID-19, like Scott Morrison and when it is all over we will have you to thank."
His father Joe Moran said Pascal was the only student in the class to choose to write to the Premier.
