Perryman left the ground early in Saturday's loss to Turvey Park and was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
"I think it looks worse than it actually is," coach Joel Mackie said.
"He copped a poke in the eye late in the first quarter and it blew up and he couldn't see out of it.
"He caught up with the rest of the playing group on Saturday night after he was released from hospital.
"Losing Nick so early in the match certainly hurt us.
"It left us a rotation down in the midfield and Nick is hard to replace because of his ability to win his own footy and create opportunities for our running players."
Osborne, who host Leeton-Whitton and Wagga Tigers in the final two home and away matches, could regain several players from injury this week.
