But the not-for-profit isn't going anywhere, they have had a complete face lift and re-brand - and are now known as Squad.
The reason for the name change is simple - the business has been wanting to tell their story better and believe this is the perfect way.
"Over the past 12 months ATEL have been working on how we can better tell our story, and update our brand and messaging to reflect who we are and what we have to offer to our clients, employees and community," chief executive Kellie Howard said.
"What we have learned in that time is that our major stakeholders are our youth and without them our business cannot succeed in delivering quality services to our clients.
"And with that in mind, we are thrilled to introduce you to Squad.
"We were formerly ATEL Employment Solutions and ATEL Training Services for 38 years.
"Squad is all about being part of a team, working together, learning and delivering genuine skills and services to our businesses and communities."

And Squad will continue this work by assisting employers both large and small, new or established across all types of industries and services "build a stronger workforce" into the future.
"Our focus hasn't changed, people come first," Ms Howard said.
"We are personal and want our staff to thrive, to passionately pursue great results for our talent, businesses and the community.
"On Tuesday, August 18 we are launching our new name, brand and website.
"And over the coming days and weeks you will see similar updates across all our communications and social channels.
"We look forward to welcoming you to Squad and thank you for your continuing support."
The Albury-Wodonga team have also just moved into their brand new office space in the Woolworths complex in central Wodonga, complete with Squad branding in time for the launch.
They were previously in Michael Drive, off Wigg Street in Wodonga.
The business now has offices from Sydney down to Coburg in Melbourne and have been continuing to help train and employ thousands of people during the employment downturn during coronavirus pandemic.
