Endresz revealed last week he was preparing to launch an extraordinary $6.2m statement of claim in the Supreme Court for loss of a potential slot in the $15m The Everest.
However, Endresz said he would be willing to accept '$1 as a full and final payment as long as 'Al' was restored as the winner.'
"I will talk to my legal team this week and probably make Racing Queensland an offer," Endresz said.
"I've got two choices.
"I can persist with legal action regarding losing a spot in the Everest because the was directly rated to the TAB being concerned about the drug.
"We were their first choice and Nature Strip was second.
"So there is a foreseeable loss there of $6.5 million, loss of the Guineas prizemony of $1.2 million, reputable damage and interest.
"But I will forgo all that on the basis that Racing Queensland considered the nonsense of the drug, the inconsistency and reverse the disqualification.
"I would be willing to accept $1 as a full and final payment as long as 'Al' was restored as the winner.
"And I would even be quite content to let the connections of Eleven Eleven keep the prizemoney.
"That's the strategy I will be putting to my lawyers this week and if Racing Queensland don't accept that then it's game on.
"I don't think I can be any fairer than that.
"I'm just want to erase the black spot next to Alligator Blood's name."

Endresz was thrilled to see the David Jolly-trained Behemoth claim the group 1 Memsie Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday.
Behemoth joined Alligator Blood to become the second progeny of sire All Too Hard to win at group 1 level.
The five-year-old gelding was purchased for $6000 and has now won in excess of $1.3-million in prizemoney.
"It's just fantastic for All Too Hard," he said
"I'm a part owner in several other horses by All Too Hard, so we are pumped because their value will just keep increasing.
"All Too Hard is very cheap on his service fees.
"Crypto Tycoon is set to have his first start for us on the weekend and has similar bloodlines to Alligator Blood.
"We also have another three young ones and a filly by All Too Hard and they are all looking fantastic."
