Officers manning the Spirit of Progress Bridge stopped a Toyota Camry about 5.30pm on Saturday.
The female driver, 27, and 44-year-old male passenger both produced valid permits to travel to NSW.
They were meant to fly to Sydney and isolate for two weeks.
Police made further enquiries and searched the vehicle.
They located ice in the man's socks and 94 grams of the drug under the passenger seat cover.
Cash was also recovered along with other items.
The man was taken to Albury Police Station and was charged with supplying an indictable quantity of drugs, ice possession, having goods suspected of being stolen and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

The recovered items will undergo forensic testing.
The man faced Wagga Local Court on Sunday and will return to Albury Local Court on Monday.
He remains in custody.
The driver was refused entry to the state and was directed to return to Victoria.
Albury Superintendent Paul Smith recently said the number of people caught at the checkpoints "never ceases to amaze me".
"The message is still out there, if you're going to be crossing the border heading north, you're going to go through a checkpoint and chances are if you're committing a crime, you will be detected," he said.
"If you're carrying drugs you'll be searched and detected."
