Emergency services were called to Albury Central Tourist Park about 6pm on Sunday.
A man, 36, and 39-year-old woman were involved in a verbal dispute inside a unit.
The woman allegedly stabbed the man and a struggle took place.

She allegedly hit the man with a bat before fleeing in a silver Volkswagen Golf.
She was arrested on Eames Street and was charged with domestic violence related reckless wounding.
The 39-year-old will face Albury Local Court on Monday.
The victim was in a stable condition.
