The man faced the Wodonga Magistrates Court on Monday and entered guilty pleas.
EARLIER: A man will face court in Wodonga on Monday after allegedly ramming a brick fence and vehicle while drink driving at the weekend.
Police were called to Ballard Street about 3pm on Saturday following an altercation.
Two men had been at the home when a dispute reportedly broke out.
One of the men left in a white Ford utility and returned a short time later before allegedly ramming it into a brick fence and a vehicle in the driveway.
Acting Senior Sergeant Tim Mooney said a 43-year-old Wodonga man was in custody.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"An altercation has occurred between this person and the resident of the address," he said.
"He's left and returned a short time later and allegedly ran his vehicle through the front fence of the premises, damaging the fence and a vehicle parked in the yard.
"He was arrested, interviewed and remanded in custody."
The man was charged with criminal damage, driving in a manner dangerous, and exceeding the prescribed concentration of alcohol.
Police been armed with capsicum spray at the scene, but the man was arrested without incident.
