The lightly-raced gelding is dropping sharply in grade after contesting a TAB Highway at Randwick when resuming from a spell last month.
Beer said he was disappointed in the performance after Mnementh finished midfield.
Mnementh is set to be partnered by claiming apprentice Danielle Scott in the $22,000 Benchmark 58 Hcp, (1300m).

"I was really disappointed in his first-up performance," Beer said.
"TAB Highway's are notoriously competitive races but I thought he was better than that.
"But he was first-up and I thought he raced a bit plain.
"I think it was a hot race and could prove a strong form pointer.
"Blitzar finished behind us that day and then came out and bolted in a $50,000 race at Dubbo on Sunday.
"So I'm expecting sharp improvement today."
