Albury's District Court returned to some pre-COVID-19 pandemic reality on Monday morning.

That came with first empanelment of a jury, before Judge Sean Grant, since the beginning of the year.
The empanelment though had to take place under strict distancing rules.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The Albury courthouse was closed to the public until 10am, aside from those selected to be part of the jury panel.
NSW Sheriff's officers placed a barrier at the courthouse entrance to prevent anyone else entering the building.
This step was especially necessary as Monday is a busy list day, though the number of cases was lower than usual.
Once the building was re-opened those entering were screened as they have been in recent times, including temperature checks and exclusion notices for people showing signs of illness.
