A shot was fired through the lounge room window of a Wornes Drive home between 8.30pm and 9.30pm.
A woman living at the house was not home at the time and discovered the shooting had occurred on Sunday afternoon.
Crime Investigation Unit detectives have confirmed through CCTV a shot was fired into a Gilbert Street home about 1.50am.
However investigators believe the shot went wide or was a misfire.

In the third incident, a man and a woman were in the bedroom of their Georgina Street home in West Wodonga, when a shot was fired through the window at 4.50am.
The woman, 30, and man, 39, were not injured.
Police believe all three shootings were targeted.
Investigators have released CCTV footage from the Gilbert Street incident that should a hatchback believed to be involved in the shootings.
