The full ballot listing is Emmerick Teissl, Roberta Horne, Troy Dillon, Sue Gold, Peter Watkins, Kate Sutherland, Sheila Rademan, Remo Parente, Larry Goldsworthy, Frank McLoughlin, Peter Croucher, Neil Funston, Sophie Price, John Harvey, Diane Shepheard, Carol Lenaz and Bernard Gaffney.
Rutherglen-based Ms Horne joins Mr Teissl and Mr Croucher in bidding to return to council after having been in the chamber before the 2016 election.
In Alpine Shire, 13 candidates will compete to become seven councillors.

Bright resident Mickey Fletcher secured top place on the ballot ahead of Mario Vaccaro, John Forsyth, Katarina Chalwell, Kitty Knappstein, Kelli Prime, Jean-Pierre Louis Ronco, Tony Keeble, Simon Kelley, Charlie Vincent, Ron Janas, Sarah Nicholas and Daryl Pearce.
Benalla Council's election will involve 12 contenders seeking the seven places at the rural city's decision table.
In ballot order they are: David Horan, Willie Van Wersch, Lindsay Thomas, Margaret Richards, Gail O'Brien, Don Firth, Peter Davis, Vincent Branigan, Danny Claridge, Bernie Hearn, Punarji Hewa Gunaratne and Justin King.
The nine-member Moira Council will be decided after a contest involving 17 entrants.
