The club is set to race in the prime Friday twilight time slot on November 6, in lieu of its traditional Oaks day TAB meeting.
In a further coup, the club has introduced a new $30,000 feature race which will initially be called The Twilight.
It will be a set weights race for three and four-year-olds over 1175m.
The winner will be exempt from the ballot of either the Albury Guineas or City Handicap over the two-day Albury carnival.
Horses must have had two previous starts in country NSW to be eligible.

Hetherton said he was hopeful that the meeting could develop into one of the club's most popular considering the date and time slot.
"It's a terrific opportunity for the club to showcase our facilities to our members, sponsors and general public," Hetherton said.
"I think the time slot is also appealing to young racegoers who have the opportunity to head to the races for something different before going out for a night on the town.
"The first race is at 2.45pm and the last at 7.05pm.
"Tickets have to be pre-purchased and there has already been a positive response with more than 100 tickets sold.
"I have no doubt the meeting has the potential to grow into one of our most popular meetings.
"The meeting corresponds with night racing at Cranbourne so it should also prove beneficial in terms of TAB turnover."
