The sides skipped by Ian Doolan and Andrew Hirst ran fourth and fifth.
It's the second year of the tournament, held in honour of the late Ross, a respected clubman who lost his battle with motor neurone disease in July, 2019.
North Albury president Steve Martini was thrilled with the weekend.
"With Salty passing away a year ago, it reinforces the fact he was a much loved character of our club," Martini said.
"It's rewarding to see these guys get a game of bowls in and cherish his memory as well.
"There's been a lot of hard work from my committee behind the scenes and it's a credit to everyone involved.
"I know he'll be looking down and saying it was a pretty well run tournament and was exactly what he would have wanted."
Prizes for best performed rinks went to Ken Allen and Duane Crow.
