Albury Racing Club chief executive officer Steve Hetherton has reminded patrons they must pre-purchase tickets if attending Saturday's meeting.

The club is gearing up for the first of six meetings which will culminate on Boxing Day.
Hetherton is expecting healthy crowds to attend on Saturday and subsequent meetings on October 24, November 6 and December 5, 12 and 26.

"If you intend coming on Saturday or any other meeting, tickets must be pre-purchased," Hetherton said.
"Anyone who turns up Saturday without a ticket will be refused entry.
"Tickets can be pre-purchased online on the club's website or alternatively you can call the club.
"There has been plenty of interest in Saturday's meeting and I have been pleasantly surprised by the numbers sold already.
"There is a bit of rain forecast in the coming days but it should be a perfect day for racing on Saturday and to get outdoors."
