Under the state's COVID-19 restrictions, students enrolled in prep to grade 6 will be back in classrooms this week, with standalone schools to be followed by P-12 schools.
All regional Victorian students will return on-site during week two, which commences on Monday, October 12.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Under the guidelines, secondary schools south of the border have the flexibility to stagger the return of year 7 to 10 students from October 12 to 16.
Specialist school students will continue the arrangements set out for term three, while VCE and VCAL students are permitted on site this week to sit the General Achievement Test scheduled for Wednesday.
Melbourne schools will start their staggered return to the classroom next week, with all students set to conclude home learning by October 26.
