Kevin Michael Kennedy faced Albury Local Court this week, with the court told the prosecution and defence were working to resolve the matters.
Kennedy, who appeared on video link in prison clothes with a large mullet from custody at Goulburn, is facing 93 charges.

Those charges include multiple aggravated break-ins, car theft, driving matters, larceny, armed with intent, dishonestly obtaining property by deception and more.
The court heard offers had been made to resolve the matters.

Kennedy, who appeared to be relaxed during the proceedings before magistrate Richard Funston, will return to the court on October 27.
