Borella struck 85 from 115 balls, with eight boundaries and a six, sharing a match-defining 78-run stand with Callum Langlands (51).
The Hoppers posted 7-200 with Zimbabwean first-class player Tendai Power Maruma making just three, Albury's former Sri Lankan first-class spinner Mash Kodamullage took 1-22, while Tim Cameron claimed 3-31.
