NSW ministers stated on Monday that from this Friday 30 people (up from 20) can gather outdoors in venues and eateries can have 30 customers per booking and 30 per table (up from 10).
The Albury Club's business and events manager Noelle Quinn said the latter measure meant parties of 30 would no longer have to be seated at separate tables as had been occurring.
The governement also flagged that from December 1 the total number at weddings will rise to 300.
That move won't affect The Albury Club considering its COVID cap is less than 300.
Ms Quinn said the club had three wedding parties booked up until Christmas, with one quite small.
Normally from September onwards the club hosts a reception each weekend.
One of those booked was to be held in Victoria before COVID concerns prompted a switch.
