The club is set to host a six-race twilight meeting with the first race at 6.17pm.
However, patrons wishing to attend the meeting are required to text the club their name and contact details to 0408 698 380.
Security stationed on the Mate Street entrance will confirm patrons details on arrival.
Patrons will be refused entry if their name doesn't appear on the list with entry free.
The TAB, bookmakers, Lavington Lions Kiosk and Jack Adams Bar will be in operation under strict COVID-19 protocols.
Gates open at 5.30pm.
President Sue van de Ven said having crowds back at the paceway was a promising sign ahead of its highly popular New Year's Eve meeting.
"We are grateful that crowds are allowed back on course and it's another step closer to things getting back to normal," van de Ven said.
"Hopefully with the weather we can attract a crowd.
"We have committed to hosting our traditional New Year's Eve meeting with the band and fireworks.
"We are just unsure of the restrictions in regards to crowd size."
