A man accused of exposing himself during an argument near a primary school before making threats while holding a baseball bat will return to court next month.

Michael David Williams has entered not guilty pleas after being arrested in Springdale Heights last week.
Police alleged the 29-year-old attended a home on Logan Road in North Albury about 1pm last Wednesday.
It's alleged he yelled at a man he knew and exposed himself, before leaving in a green Hyundai Excel.

The incident occurred near the Glenroy Public School.
Williams allegedly travelled to a home on Glenelg Drive at Springdale Heights a short time later and was seen walking on the road with a baseball bat.
"Police have been told the man yelled violent threats towards members of the public," a police spokeswoman said.
"Officers from Murray River Police District were notified and attended a short time later."
A large number of officers attended the scene and took the 29-year-old into custody.
He was led away in handcuffs by two police.
Some of the alleged offending was filmed.
Police recently opposed his bail in Albury Local Court amid concerns about an escalation in Williams' behaviour.
The court heard it was his first time in custody and he had a limited history.
Williams entered not guilty pleas to charges of intimidating a man with the intention of causing him fear of physical or mental harm, behaving in an offensive manner near a school or public place and threatening unlawful violence.
Magistrate Richard Funston refused Williams' bail application.
The case will return to court on November 30.
