In what is believed to be a first in the region, Joe Bolton and Kelvin Wallace have been joined at the helm by fellow premiership player Josh Walters.
"It was disappointing we didn't get a start last season as it would have been our first crack at it so we're pretty keen for next year to roll around," Bolton said.
"We're three good mates and looking forward to it.
"Everyone is pretty close at Bullioh so that's good in regards to recruiting and keeping the players together."
Walters was set to be an assistant coach last season before coronavirus wiped out Border and North-East football.
Although Bullioh has lost star duo Hamish Clark and Ash Murray to Howlong, Bolton said the Bulldogs had an abundance of players pushing through the ranks.
"Our reserves have probably been stronger than the seniors in the past few years so there are some good players at the club," Bolton said.
"Hamish Clark is the best player the club has seen in a long time and good luck to him while Ash played well as well so you can't really say a bad word about either of them.
"I think we will still shape up pretty well."
Cudgewa has re-appointed coach Brayden Carey for another term.
