A Zoom meeting tonight, and on November 5, will explore a proposed 5.5km cycling circuit along Swift, David, Kiewa and Smollett streets with links to existing bike tracks.
Team leader Bilee Oliver said council was welcoming comments on the square loop.
"It's a new way of transport into the CBD and provides better access," she said.
"We're hoping it will alleviate some pressure on our parking in the CBD, encourage fitness, and reconfigure some of our streets to eliminate choke-points.
