THE reopening of the border on November 23 means V/Line services will resume from Albury on that date.

Since the shutting of Murray River crossings in July, V/Line runs from Melbourne have been terminating at Wodonga.
They have also consisted of only buses and coaches will continue to replace trains until December 1.
However, trains will return on that Tuesday at the start of next month.
While the rolling stock has been parked, work has continued on upgrading the track as part of a big overhaul to remove mud holes.
