Joshua Lloyd, 20, who has been in custody since his arrest, will appear in the District Court before Judge Sean Grant.
The matter has been listed for mention for next Wednesday, December 2, though sentencing is not expected until early next year.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Lloyd's previous guilty plea in Albury Local Court was followed by the handing up of a set of Crown facts that detailed both he and his brother Keighen's involvement in the incident in the early hours of November 22.
While Keighen Lloyd, 21, was said in these facts to have placed a shotgun under the chin of a man in the Pioneer Drive Home, his matters have been listed for mention for trial, also in the District Court.
He too remains in custody, bail refused.
The Crown facts say the victim, a firearms dealer, was threatened in order to get him to hand over guns kept in the house.
