Flying Fruit Fly Circus presents Endangered Species as part of the Borderville Circus Festival. Deep in Albury's Wonga Wetlands in a child-led conservation effort, the Flying Fruit Fly Circus has established a sanctuary which provides a natural environment for wild children to live and play in their natural state. Small parties will be escorted by trained and enthusiastic 9 and 10-year-old tour guides. Four sessions 5.40pm, 6pm, 6.20pm and 6.40pm. Each walk takes an hour. Also runs December 10-12. Bookings essential.
ART SHOW
Mayday Hills Art Society open day, Mayday Hills, Beechworth, Sunday, December 6, 10am to 4pm
Fourteen artists will operate from Mayday Hills studios to offer their artworks for sale. Visiting artists will have art stalls on the back veranda too. Preloved original art - paintings, sculptures, drawings and textiles - will be auctioned. There will be regular tours of the historic building. Proceeds from the day will support the artists' efforts to secure a long-term lease of the building. Coffee Mayday will offer fresh brews and Ha Ha Vegan van will have its vegetarian dishes.
MARKET MAGIC
Peninsula Seasonal Markets, Bethanga Recreation Reserve, Sunday, December 6, 9am to 1pm
Take a scenic drive to stock up on goodies for Christmas. Bellbridge, Bethanga, Talgarno and Granya will launch their seasonal markets at Bethanga this weekend. They will host four markets a year, one at each of the villages. This weekend more than 30 stalls will feature jewellery, clothing, photography, pottery and produce.

Tableware will feature at John Dermer's Annual Exhibition this year. There will be a limited range of teapots, jugs, mugs, and handled serving and soup bowls. The exhibition will offer his salt glaze and Terra Sigillata work.

CHILD'S PLAY
The 25th anniversary Victorian State Schools Spectacular pivots and pirouettes into virtual TV format this year. Makeshift film studios have been bumped into the homes of main cast members across the state to produce a made-for-TV special. It involves more than 2000 students.
